Submit your app for listing in Klaviyo's integration directory
You've now learned how to set up OAuth and rigorously test and QA your app. The final step is submitting your app to the Klaviyo app review team.
To submit your app, navigate to Integrations > Developers > Manage apps, click on your app name, and click Review submission.
You will be navigated to confirm the following requirements in your app submission:
- Install requirement: at least 5 installs.
- Authentication: confirm OAuth setup and include a link to testing instructions.
- Company details: providecompany and contact information.
- Application details: app listing information including security and registration forms.
Once these have all been completed, click Preview listing to see what the app will look like in Klaviyo's integration directory and approve the listing.
Then, you can Submit your app from the Review submission page.

Congratulations! You submitted your app. Now what?
After submitting your app, the Klaviyo team will provide a technical and security review of your app. If your app is rejected, you will be provided with detailed reasons why. After addressing the Klaviyo team's feedback, you can resubmit your app using the same process as before.
Once your app is approved, follow the tips in these dropdown menus to prepare for long-term app success.
Monitor app performance
Use the app monitoring feature to quickly see how your app's API calls are performing across all accounts that have installed your app. You can filter by account ID, endpoint, status, and date to pinpoint and remedy any API errors your app encounters.
Handle customer support requests and feedback
Once customers can install your app from the integration directory, they can communicate with you via the customer support contact information you provided. Make sure to monitor your customer support inbox regularly. Set up a plan so you are prepared to:
- Help customers use your app effectively
- Address and resolve any bugs
- Log and implement customer feedback

Perform regular app maintenance and updates
Keep your eye on Klaviyo's changelog and subscribe to the Developer Newsletter to receive alerts on any changes and updates to Klaviyo's APIs and developer tools. Regularly update your app to ensure it's using the latest stable APIs, and avoid relying on deprecated syntax or functionality.

Promote your app
Drive app adoption by promoting your app on your website, social media, or any other relevant places. Make sure your website and documentation are up-to-date and helpful so that customers can interact with your promotional materials and self-serve install your app.
