How to earn your Klaviyo credentials

Register

Log in to Klaviyo Academy and register for the certificate you'd like to take.

Complete the certificate

Complete each course within the certificate to strengthen your understanding of the topic and develop essential skills.

Pass the final exam

At the end of the certificate, you’ll take a final exam. You’ll need a passing score of 80% or higher to receive your digital credentials.

Receive your digital credentials

Congratulations! You'll receive an email from our credentialing partner, Accredible, with your credentials and a link to share them with your professional network.

What are digital credentials?

Digital credentials are a great way to showcase your commitment to learning and skill development. By passing any Klaviyo certificate final exam, you’ll earn secure, interactive digital credentials (badges and certificates) that are easy to share with your professional network.

Is there a cost to take Klaviyo certificates?

No, Klaviyo certificates are offered free of charge

How do I access my credentials?

Your credentials will be emailed to you once you pass your certificate final exam. If you are unable to locate the credential delivery email in your inbox, you can search for your credentials using Accredible's Credential Retrieval Tool. Simply enter the email address linked to your credentials and Accredible (Klaviyo's digital credentialing partner) will send you an email with links to all of your digital credentials.

How long are my credentials valid for?

All credentials are valid for 24 months from their issue date.

You’re required to retake the certificate in order to renew your credentials.

Are credentials available for Klaviyo Partners?

Yes! If you’re a member of Klaviyo’s Partner Program, you’ll have access to the full certificate catalog plus exclusive Partner-only certificates.

How do I change the name associated with my digital credentials?

To submit a name change request, you must log into your credential wallet account generated by Klaviyo's digital credential provider, Accredible.

To do this, log into your Accredible credential wallet account. If you don't already have an Accredible credential wallet account, click "Forgot password?" to create one for yourself using the email address associated with your Klaviyo account.

Once logged in, follow these steps to submit a Name Change request.

Klaviyo’s credentialing team will receive a notification that a name change has been requested, and you should see that change reflected in 3 business days.

Note: You'll be required to submit separate name change requests for each credential you want updated. For example, if you need a name change on your Klaviyo product certificate and Deliverability certificate, you'll need to submit separate requests for each.

How do I change my credential wallet name?

To change the name that appears at the top of your credential wallet

Once logged into your Accredible credential wallet account (see steps on how to log in above), you can update the name associated with your credential wallet account under Personal information > Profile > Name. This will update the name that's displayed at the top of your credential wallet immediately.
Note: This will not update the name that appears on your credential pages.
