Looking to understand where your audience is coming from and how to connect with them? In this course, you'll learn how to locate customer data, use lists to organize subscribers, and create segments to target specific groups. This course will explore all the features and functionality within the Audience tab of your Klaviyo account.

By then end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Describe the functions of profiles, lists, and segments
  • Determine when to use a list and when to use a segment
  • Identify active versus suppressed profiles in an account
  • Manage lists to maintain good deliverability
  • Create key segments based on customer behavior
  • Analyze list growth and engagement reports
