About this course

Deliverability should be at the center of your email marketing strategy. Why? Because it controls whether your emails land in the inbox. It impacts your bottom line, as good deliverability can translate into higher revenue and a greater return on investment while poor deliverability results in damage to your reputation.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Define deliverability and differentiate it from delivery
  • Explain how email messages are sent and delivered
  • Define email engagement
  • Explain what transactional messages are and how they differ from marketing messages
  • Assess how DKIM, SPF, and DMARC work to protect your domain reputation
  • Set up a branded sending domain in Klaviyo
  • Add a DMARC policy to your DNS records
