Set up your integrations
Klaviyo goes beyond email marketing. As The B2C CRM, Klaviyo combines real-time data, marketing automation, service, and analytics to help you make smarter decisions and drive growth. But before you can unlock the power of Klaviyo, you’ll need to set up your integrations.
Integrating your main website is your very first step in Klaviyo. That said, there are many key tools that businesses use (for marketing, customer success, support, online transactions, etc.). You can, and should, integrate these tools as well.

Trigger and refine Klaviyo flows (i.e., automations) with events that sync directly from the other tools you use. That way, you can create paths of messages that directly relate to customer engagement in and outside of Klaviyo.
Example: Send abandoned cart or post-purchase messages to those who shop from your store, and show a block promoting your loyalty program to those who have yet to sign up. In order to power any loyalty or referral programs that you offer, build flows that welcome and reward participants.
Target key audiences
Use integration-specific data to build audience segments in Klaviyo. Then, craft and send more targeted marketing messages.
Example: Segment customers who sign up for a monthly subscription, use third-party loyalty points, purchase on your online storefront, and leave a review.
