    Uncover business trends with Klaviyo's Executive Business Review (EBR) tool

    What is Klaviyo’s EBR tool? Just the best thing since sliced bread. 🍞 With this tool, you’ll quickly pull a report of your client’s growth that you can customize as needed. Let’s dive into how this works!

    How to use the EBR tool

    Klaviyo’s EBR tool consolidates a high-level overview of your client’s campaign and flow performance, recent revenue trends, and industry benchmarks. In the video below, you will learn how to access the EBR tool in your client's Klaviyo account. Then, walk through our demonstration to see how you can review and present data to a client within both a presentation and spreadsheet.

    To find the Growth Review Generator:

    1. Log into the client's Klaviyo account that you're pulling a report for.
    2. Enter the following link into the URL bar: www.klaviyo.com/partners-growth-review.

    Note: You can also find the EBR tool within the Partner Portal, under Agency Tools > Partner Health.

    Klaviyo's Growth Review tool is an incredibly powerful tool to add to your agency toolkit. Let’s review 3 ways to wow your clients with this data.

    Present meaningful data

    The main purpose of Klaviyo’s growth review generator is to build an easy to use template for presenting.

    Host data-driven reporting calls with your clients on a regular cadence (often, monthly or quarterly). When you pull this report, it automatically provides you with a slide deck that you can present.

    Best practices:

    • Add your branding to the deck.
    • Plug in any other meaningful numbers in the slides (we’ll go through how to find other data across Klaviyo in the coming lessons).
    • Insert any relevant wins from outside of Klaviyo (e.g., if you manage their site traffic or Google ads, make sure to discuss that here as well!).

    Send regular updates

    In addition, you can easily share this report with your clients.

    Let’s say you schedule quarterly review calls in which you present these findings. Follow up via email with a link to this presentation.

    If your client wants more regular updates outside of these meetings, you can even pull this deck regularly and send them the findings asynchronously within weekly or monthly email updates.

    Improve external analysis

    Finally, the growth review generator allows you to download your data into a raw CSV file. Again, feel free to share this with your client!

    If you use another spreadsheet or data source outside of Klaviyo to analyze business performance, you can easily upload this file there as well. Doing so will paint a more holistic picture of their progress over time.
