KAP Week 5: Flows

In Week 5, you will learn the fundamentals of flows and activate the top 5 performing flows using the flow builder.

By the end of this week, you will be able to:

• Use the flow builder
• Use the flow library
• Activate the following flows: welcome series (email & SMS), abandoned cart, browse abandonment, and post purchase. 

Prerequisites:

Complete all of the required modules in Week 3.
