Access email campaign benchmarks
While Klaviyo’s Benchmarks tool is hugely impactful and customized for your client’s account, you may be hit with the question: what are all general email marketing benchmarks?
If you are looking for some quick numbers, clearly laid out in a table format, this is the resource for you. Share with interested clients and bookmark to have handy when the time comes (because it will!).
Access SMS campaign benchmarks
You can also access standard SMS benchmarks on the Help Center. As with our email benchmarks, these are formatted in an easy-to-digest table. Note that SMS and MMS benchmarks are nearly identical, so use these numbers for comparing performance across either message type.
