Learn from a Klaviyo customer champion

In this lesson, we'll explore a creative example from Klaviyo customer champion MESHKI. Use this story as inspiration as you're creating your own sign-up form strategy.

How MESHKI uses a strategic form to engage their bridal audience

MESHKI’s Wedding Suite is more than a bridal collection page, it’s a curated experience for brides-to-be. Recognizing the unique mindset of these visitors, MESHKI built a smart, Klaviyo-powered form and flow strategy to gather vital zero-party data to understand their customer on a deeper level, personalize communications, nurture relationships, and increase conversion through thoughtful, timely engagement.

    Goal
MESHKI aimed to identify whether a visitor was a bride and capture their wedding date. This enabled timely, tailored messaging aligned with key milestones in the bridal journey to promote the right products at the right time.

    Strategy
A Klaviyo form appears when someone enters The Wedding Suite, asking: “Are you in your bridal era?” Follow-up fields collect first name, email, and wedding date; qualifying leads for personalized flows and campaigns that enhance their bridal journey with MESHKI.

    Results
With the data collected via forms, MESHKI sends timely, relevant emails featuring bridal products, styling advice, FAQs, and direct access to customer service & stylists. Their Bridal Database now includes thousands of brides-to-be and powers ongoing personalization, with flows averaging a 9.07% click-through-rate and 2.15% conversion rate. Daily replies from brides foster a high-touch journey, boosting customer lifetime value and sell-through of bridal collections.
