    New menu items

Launching a brand new menu item? Let your guests know with an engaging email campaign, featuring high resolution images and clear descriptions.

Send this campaign to your segment of frequent guests, or those who have ordered similar items from you in the past. Don’t forget to include a call-to-action; for example, link to your online ordering or reservation platform, so the natural next step for recipients is to place an online order or come back to your restaurant.

    On-premise events

Campaigns are a great way to let your local guests know about events happening at your restaurant, whether it be a happy hour, live music, weekly trivia night, or another exciting activity.

Send this campaign to an appropriate location-based segment, and consider making your call-to-action a link to sign-up for the event (if applicable), add to their calendar, or make a reservation.

    Limited time specials

If you’ve got limited time specials, send your guests a campaign to let them know. Consider sending both an email and an SMS campaign to deliver the message. In the email campaign, include high resolution images and engaging descriptions. In the SMS message, emphasize the urgency of the special.

Send this campaign to the majority of your audience. Consider making your call-to-action a link to your online ordering or reservation platform, so the natural next step for recipients is to place an online order or return to dine in person.

    Coupons & offers

One of the best ways to strengthen guest relationships is to provide them with incentives that make them excited to keep dining with you. Clearly state your offer, and consider including images of your items that encourage them to convert.

Send this campaign to your VIPs. Consider making your call-to-action a link to your online ordering or reservation platform, so they can immediately place an order or set up a reservation.

    New locations

Opening a new location? Let subscribers in the area know! An email campaign is best suited best for including images of your new restaurant. That said, consider pairing this email with an accompanying SMS message that reiterates the announcement and maybe reminds them as the grand opening date approaches.

Send this campaign to an appropriate location-based segment, and consider making your call-to-action a link to a details page on your website for the new location, the online ordering portal for this location, or your reservation system.
