What’s required of Klaviyo partners?
We are thrilled to have you in the Klaviyo Partner Program. The program offers a wealth of benefits like valuable resources, profit sharing, marketing funds, and dedicated support.
Your requirements vary by tier (i.e., silver, gold, platinum, or elite). Within these tiers, there are also 2 distinct tracks with varied requirements; as a reminder, those tracks are:
- Advisor track: For partners referring business to Klaviyo, but who do not actively manage clients’ Klaviyo accounts.
- Master track: For partners who provide Klaviyo services on behalf of our mutual customers.

Elite requirements
When it comes to Elite requirements, you must adhere to the following:
- $40,000 minimum referred MRR
- *$40,000 minimum managed MRR
- *$8,000 platform adoption (% of total managed accounts)
- >1 case study created per year
- Ensure that 20 members of your organization complete the following curriculum:
- Partner program fundamentals
- Klaviyo practitioner certificate
- Klaviyo strategist certificate
- Klaviyo sales certificate
- Onboard a new client to Klaviyo
- Deliverability certificate
*Klaviyo Platform is considered all non-email MRR. If non-email is not available in your country, this requirement will be waived
We recognize that smaller agencies may face unique staffing constraints. Klaviyo is committed to supporting partners of all sizes. If your agency's total headcount makes meeting these employee-volume requirements challenging, you may be eligible for an exception. Please reach out to your Partner Account Manager or submit a program ticket to discuss your situation and ensure your agency remains in good standing within its tier.
