How to change Klaviyo Partner Program Tiers
Your tier in the Klaviyo Partner Program determines the benefits you receive. There are 2 ways your tier can change: uptiering and downtiering.
- Uptiering: If you consistently exceed the requirements for your current tier, you'll be eligible for an upgrade (uptiering) to a higher tier with greater benefits. We review your Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and managed accounts on a monthly basis. If you qualify for uptiering, we'll contact you with the next steps.
- Downtiering: We understand that business conditions can fluctuate. Downtiering allows you to move to a lower tier if needed. However, we consider your overall performance, looking at aggregated MRR rather than a single bad month. Partner tier reviews for downtiering occur twice a year. You will be notified if your tier is adjusted.
