Power your pipeline with pre-built marketing assets
What is it?
The Klaviyo Partner Demand Center is a self-service platform that brings together enablement resources, co-branded campaigns, and an always-on AI assistant to help you scale your Klaviyo practice with confidence.
Why it matters:
Don’t waste time designing campaigns, decks, or social posts from scratch. The Partner Demand Center helps you move faster and present more professionally.
In the Partner Demand Center, you can:
- Customize and launch pre-built campaigns to generate demand with new and existing leads
- Edit co-branded decks, webinar kits, and social content to match your brand in minutes
- Use the 24/7 K:Partners AI Assistant to find resources, get answers to partner program questions, or generate messaging
- Translate campaigns and assets into 100+ languages to support your global clients
How to access?
o get started, head to Marketing & Enablement > Partner Demand Center in the Partner Portal or go directly to the Partner Demand Center login page.
Submit your feedback
What is it? You can also submit feedback to both Klaviyo as a whole and to our partnerships team about program benefits, requirements, and more.
How to access?
- Feedback about the partner program: To submit a new program ticket, click the Program Support button on the main navigation menu. To view your open tickets, click Agency Tools > Program Tickets.
- Feedback about Klaviyo’s product: Head to Quick Links and select Klaviyo Product Feedback Form.

Visualize your sales pipeline
What is it?
What is it? This is specific for agency partners. This tool allows you to visualize your team's performance in selling Klaviyo to your clients. In particular, you can see your current referred and managed MRR.
How to access? Navigate to Sales > Pipeline.
Note: We are going to walk through how to register a lead and submit a managed client later on in this certificate, so stay tuned!
Monitor your performance as a partner
What is it?
This is specific for agency partners. Monitor key information on your managed accounts, such as total count and total MRR, and pending invitations. You can also access Klaviyo’s Executive Business Review tool from this page. Use this to quickly produce a presentation to share recent performance with your client.
How to access?
- Navigate to Agency Tools > Partner Health

As you get started, we understand that a few common questions may arise. Let’s dive into a few now so you can feel confident that you and your team can access this valuable tool right away.
How do I get access to the Partner Portal?
Upon joining the Klaviyo partner program, you should have received an email invite to the partner portal. Make sure to check your email and locate that invite. If the welcome email expires or you can't find it in your busy inbox, simply visit the portal and click Forgot your password? This will allow you to register for an account.
If you are still unable to access the portal, you can email us at: partner-portal@klaviyo.com
How do I invite team members to the portal?
If your team member have an email address that matches your own partner domain, they can self-register by visiting the portal and selecting Sign Up Here.
You can also manually add team members to the portal from within your own account.
Follow these instructions to do so:
- Click into your username in the top-right to display your account dropdown.
- Select Account Management.
- Click New Member.
- In the resulting pop-up form, select Add a New Contact, and complete in all necessary contact fields.
